I really hate leaving bad reviews… I ordered a custom T-shirt and paid upfront at the beginning of September for a birthday at the end of September. He said 2 weeks. 3 weeks pass still nothing. I reached out and he asked me to send him the picture again. Claiming he’s been having issues with the warehouse due to COVID. Ok, he promises me the shirt by the day before the birthday. But nope the day of the party comes I call he says he still doesn’t have it but he will have it next week. At this point obviously I’m frustrated. 2 more weeks and nothing… he then tells me to email the picture AGAIN. So I did, I wait another week call again, and he says “I told you to send the picture again” I did and told him so, but I sent it yet again. So now I’ve been waiting 2 months for something I was told would take 2 weeks. I finally get the call that the shirt is ready I was working so I told him my husband would pick it up. While at work my husband calls and the man is telling him he has to pay for it. That I didn’t pay it. At this point my husband has me on speaker and I’m telling I paid the day I ordered. He finally let him take the shirt. I’ll order online from now on.
