Their outdoor bird department has a wonderful selection of bird feeders and houses. The gentleman there always takes the time to help and give any advice he can offer, and has a lot of knowledge of their different bird mixes. Such a pleasure to shop there.

Great Place to Shop. Friendly & Courteous Staff who always go out of their way to help you.They also used to be more affordable than the big box stores in the area, but after my last visit where I thanked them for being more competitive than the others, they raised the price of the dog & cat food I used to buy to equal all the others. Now instead of my spending $500 a month with them, I will be doing with a competitor who is closer to me.

Nice friendly store, but if you’re looking for suet to feed your birds you can do much better at the other wild bird food store in Calgary.All of the suet from Fairplay seems to contain corn, generally lots of corn.When I switched to corn free suet from the other store it was amazing how many more birds I was able to attract.
