Extremely Rude staff. It's unbelievable how rude the women at check in are. Do yourself a favor and don't come here for an ultrasound. Taking your blood test here is fine but the ultrasound receptionist is the worst.

Hue To, Dr. Martin Leung’s secretary is great compared to where I'm coming from. Communications by phone and email are prompt and you can expect a response or voicemail within a day. She is beyond amazing, helpful and patient. I always found her to be competent and responsive in support of any requests for assistance.

Most admin staffs at Cachet Medical Centre such as Hue and Fiona are very polite and helpful.As well, I sincerely thank Dr. Martin Leung and Hue, both of them are professional and they care for their patients. Dr. Leung is very smart, attentive, knowledgeable, responsible and trustworthy. Hue is knowledgeable, organized, efficient, polite and patience, she understands how mothers feel when their kids are sick, it’s the little things that matter to all mothers and thanks Hue for doing all these for us. I can’t thank Dr. Leung and Hue enough, both of you have been extremely helpful. Your kindness will always be remembered in my heart. Much appreciated!

Horrible experience here. Many of patients were upset. Doctor asked us to book appointment times and come at time, then when we got there we were told we need to wait 1.5 hours. I was going to come right when the clinic opened and they told me no come at appointment time. When I got there receptionist tells me you should have walked in earlier. So many seniors felt helpless waiting for close to 2 hours. Reception was rude and just stated, I'm not sure why they booked you guys appointments and take walk in. Email lindzon if you want. My family doctor is in the same centre and he is the BEST ever.but Ultrasound technicians aren't nice. went twice, two different technicians, they were both very arrogant don't know why

We have had an amazing experience with our family Dr Martin Leung and his immediate staff Hue. Dr Leung is genuinely caring, takes time to explain any issues and open to sharing options as it pertains to his patients when it comes to providing specialist referrals and tests. He is open to sharing test results with his patients, so that one can go prepared with questions at the date of the appointment.Hue, Dr Leung's medical secretary is very responsive and will call back for any messages left for the doctor in a timely manner, most times the same day. She is extremely diligent in following up on appointments and referrals, and delightful with a very pleasant, smiling and cheerful personality. When calling back, Hue will always inquire about the patients well being and how the family is doing.

Highly recommend Dr. Shi. She's proactive in tracking down health history, offered advice to see specialist when needed, and answered all the questions I have via in-person/email/phones call appointments in a timely manner. The medical office is organized and wait time is kept to a minimal. The front desk staffs are very efficient.

My family has been going to Dr. Martin Leung's office for several years now and I couldn't be happier with the care I receive. Dr. Leung is an excellent doctor who takes the time to listen to my concerns and is always thorough in his examinations. His secretary, Hue, is also wonderful - she's so helpful and kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of.I really appreciate how Dr. Leung and Hue make an effort to get to know their patients and create a welcoming environment. They're always willing to answer any questions I have and are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments.Thanks to Dr. Leung, the Best family doctor ever.
