Such a great company. I can really see their efforts to turn towards sustainability and healthier options. Majority of the tip tier fast food restaurants aren't even CLOSE to considering the things that a&w have implemented. Now, everything isn't super healthy lol, however they have great options. Sweet potato fries, multi grain buns, beyond meat burgers... They got OPTIONS. Customer service is great, friendly and always a clean pleasant open space. Always love coming here.

I was surprised with the fast order served by this A&W outlet. Less than 2 minutes my Chubby Chicken combo meal was ready. I thought it must be old and cold re heated sandwich but I was wrong. It was fresh and hot. I highly recommend this outlet.

+1 star - Super Nice and friendly staff+1 star - Clean and hygienic environment+1 star - Perfectly build burger with just right sauces and toppings-1 star - Soggy and crust less / un coated onion rings-1 star - Despite paying extra for sauces (spicy chipotle ) these guys won’t even fill it up as required. Not the A&W standard at this location. (Checkout the picture)

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a double Teen burger and they served me a single teen burger by accident. I went to the cashier and told them and the manager immediately apologized and got another one made for me while I got to keep the single teen burger. When my double teen burger came, he also gave me and my wife apple turnovers on top of that - WOW! The food itself already tastes great but the above and beyond service was incredible! Definitely coming back to this location when I'm in the area!

Very long wait for for orders, most times we do drive thru we are asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for the food. But the food is always delish.

Is this how you guys make buddy burger in this location? Very disgusting.. Someone please let that guy know ( night shift around 12a.m) this is not the way to make it!!!

Staff are lazy!! I came in this morning and ordered an egg and cheese muffin and when I got it the egg was showing green spots. We all know as human that when egg starts to turn green it means it has been sitting for a while. I kindly asked for a new sandwich made entirely fresh and the gentleman argued with me about how he has fresh egg, and he just picked it up. I kindly asked him again if he could make me a new egg from start and he still continue to argue about the egg being fresh. He handled the situation entirely wrong. I have to start raising my voice and expressing my anger for him to make me a new egg. I work in the food industry and that’s not customer service. The quality of the food that he served me at first what is zero out of ten!!!! I simply just wanted my sandwich made fresh and now you lost a customer.

I order at drive thru yesterday june1 around 3:15 am. I ordered spicy chicken burger combo . The night staff working gave me chubby chicken . Don't they know the difference between chubby & spicy patty. If i wanted chubby patty , i would have asked for chubby burger .Secondly the portion of sweet potato fries were so less.What kind of service is this?
