I just call claimspro and Julia wasn't very professional always talking without explaining, I was trying to talk and she was always say the same thing over and over.I send pictures on what happened, plus I sent pictures of how the GFL truck driver is working in the last months, leaving the garbage bins in the middle of the parking lot road, and because I was getting upset because I can't explain she closed the phone call.NiceGiuseppe

It's one because I can't give none. I just received the final form" required to get my money back for a Toronto pot hole claim from mid February which landed on your desk mid March. Almost 3 months to deal with a claim? 3months!? What kind of people do you employ? What kind of working policies do you people have?"

extremely disappointed working with my adjuster, Margaret. She just told Friday afternoon to cut off our rental car and we haven’t got money yet which she told us that will be arrived by a week ago…She made a mistake on the settlement, and she don’t answer the phone call either email. She doesn’t work every day, and doesn’t give us another number to reach. She doesn’t care about us at all.

Hard to believe this company represents Allstate. Highly unprofessional, fail to follow up with clients and tried to offer 60% of my cars value.I am trying to resolve the mess this company has caused me. Allstate is losing customers because of this company. I feel sorry for anyone else dealing with these folks.

Incredibly slow responses and lack of care provided by its employees. It seems like they only want to close claims as soon as possible with an utter lack of care for the claim or issue. Would not recommend.

Condo flooded. So far it takes 5 days for any response/correspondence. The 5 star reviews appear to be from employees, which is against Google policy. I'm starting to think this company is a scam

Worked with Andrew.D'Souza, unprofessional and inconsiderate; did not respond to any attempts of communication. The only reason this place doesn't have 1 star is because the only 5 star reviews are from bogus employees who get paid to sleep on the job, cause headaches, and ruin lives. Their lives are bland and wives unsatisfied
