Very friendly attitude. Knowledgeable about machinery and parts. Also, a very clean showroom. Plus, they do their own repairs right on site.

I see allot of positive feed back from allot of very satisfied customers.. well done... I wish I could of had that same accommodating experience as well today.We are a company from out of town however we do a fair amount of business in London.Our mini excavator through a belt today so in a pinch we reached out to Todd and his team for a rental unit and to build a relationship and keep the work going on our job site.Because we were from out of town and this location had experienced some recent theifts which is never easy to deal with Todd did not want our business and suggested we go else where for our needs.Their prerogative I guess but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about this business.I do deal with many different contractors in passing and I am reluctant to share this story any further based on what I'm seeing in these reviews.Must of caught you on a bad day Todd, hope it gets better.

Customer service was above and beyond exceptional! We rented a tracked loader and needed an extra part. Todd was able to coordinate everything beautifully for us and went out of his way to make sure we knew the finesse of using the attachment so we didn't waste time or ruin our yard.
