I am getting all type of glasses from more then 10 years for my whole family.I would say exceptional service . Staff are very friendly, specially thanks to Anju.Deserve more then 5 star.Sorry to say that Karim,Please do something for coustmer parking, Always have to come with another driver for drop off and pick up.

Outstanding service, products and all round EVERYTHING. I searched for years for cutting edge, innovative and more creative frames. I've been disappointed time and time again over the last decade. Then my friend told me I absolutely needed to come here.I bought SEVEN pairs. I was flabbergasted. Every step of the service chain from testing, to selection/recommendation, to order validation, to lens centering, to sizing and finally to trial was unlike any other experience with another locale before. Karim and his team are unparalleled. I almost want to keep this place a secret because I now have frames that are unlike anything else on market.The previous two Opticians I tried even messed up my prescriptions. They spent no time at all really on ensuring my glasses would be centered properly. After I bought them I honestly couldn't see properly. They refused to do anything about it and suggested they just add extra nose pads to make the frames sit higher. It was atrocious.Coming to Smith and Wight was so different that I cannot say enough. Every service agent stops by to say hello and chat. It's unbelievable. I am so thrilled. And will be coming back time and time again!

I have bought all of my glasses from Smith and Wight since 1985. Have always received first rate service and also have my eye check-up done on site. They have a selection of frames which is second to none and if you are like me and am not sure what to pick, they always make excellent frame suggestions which I have received many compliments on. My family, several siblings and other relatives trust them for our eyeglasses needs.

I cannot recommend Smith and Wight opticians enough! I switched to them from another local optician in 2015, and will absolutely be a lifelong customer.I have a quite high prescription, and this location is not only able to cater to my specialized needs, but also offers a wide range of trendy and interesting frames to match my style! The opticians and front desk staff are welcoming and courteous, making Smith and Wight an all around excellent business!

I purchased two pairs of prescription eye glasses from Smith & Wright several years ago, and they are still going strong. They still look great and I've had no issues with the frames or lens. My prescription hasn't changed so I've had no need to update my glasses, but I would purchase from this store agin, based on the quality of my last purchase.

Hi Karim, I was just reading a bunch of reviews on Smith and Wight and thought I'd throw in my 2 cents worth. I moved to Edmonton in 1990 and a coworker referred me to you and Christine. Since then I have continued to return because of your fantastic service and great pride in what you do. You have accommodated my needs every time, be it new glasses or WCB claim. Then I brought my husband in and he is just as sold on your store and personnel as I am. You've always made great recommendations in regard to suitable frames and affordable lenses. Lets not start with the parking problem at this business.When my wife and I went to buy the product we were treated like royalty. But try to get after care, repairs or service is a whole other story. Needed an arm replaced on a pair of glasses, I was told I could only get parts to fix the damaged arm, as the glasses were discontinued. Asked if there were any frames that would fit existing lenses and was told that only in a different color. Not once did they call to inform me of a repair time or if it could be done at all. I had to call to find out what was going on. Once the repair was actually complete and the bill was being taken care of, they opened the box and a brand new whole frame, in the exact same frame that I already had, was in the box with the one arm removed. I would have gladly paid the extra and got a brand new frame for the cost of replacing the one arm, but was not given that option, I was told that is how it is done. Believe it or not the discontinued pair was more that the original pair was when first purchased. After the work was completed and returned, they did not even have the courtesy to clean the lenses or frames.Would not recommend this business.

I can NOT express how much I look forward to coming to S&W. Without fail, the entire team goes above and beyond, and always remember your name. They make the experience positive and genuinely care about their patients. I can’t say enough about how much I adore this team! If you are looking for a new eye doctor, or even if you aren’t, this is the place you need to be!

Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for trendy eyewear and exceptional service. The teamhas such a good eye. I receive tons of compliments on my glasses!
