AVOID THIS STORE , They gave me the wrong medicine on more then one occasion. I got the wrong dosage and I was having a stroke . Everytime I go in they mess us my script and tell me they are short , Or they don't have it , I waste my time driving there 30 min each way , Just to get attitude . On top of that they are nor apologetic and poin blame on me and have . How hard is it to get one medication wright , I would leave O stars

Huge sign on front and side that say open until 10pm. Yet at 7:05pm it is closed and dark! Not acceptable. What are we supposed to do when we have a need? Not cool Shoppers! If your sign says 10pm then stay open until 10pm!

This is the best shoppers drug mart I’ve ever been to. A lot of selection to choose from and items on sale. The pharmacy staff are all amazingly kind and courteous. They went out of their way to ensure my prescription was filled with the proper (no sub) medication after waiting for over two weeks in Port Elgin. The pharmacist and his staff ensured that the customers were receiving the best possible service with no line ups or delays. Thank you all once again.

The last two times I have gone to this location my only option has been to use self-checkout, which I absolutely detest. There is no option to pay with cash and I prefer to have the checkout done by an employee to avoid any potential confusion or hassle. Having a sorry this checkout closed" sign at all counters and forcing the use of self-checkout and digital payment is unacceptable."

Came here after visiting the hospital for a filled prescription at 730pm. Everything is great about this place except the huge misleading signs everywhere that say they are open till 10pm. Just take the signs down so people don’t keep showing up after 7pm when the store is closed. Seems like common sense to me. At least change your hours on google to reflect your actual open hours. Seems reasonable, right?

Bought an iPhone charger less than 24hrs ago and went to return it as it didn’t work. They refused to return item since the box had been opened and they “don’t accept electronics for refunds”. That doesn’t even make sense and how do you expect me to see if the product works without taking it out of the box? She basically told me I’m out the $35. Not impressed.
