I love their espresso flake ice cream. Ive been going to Jay’s since ages. I like supporting local businesses. However, they need to improve their customer service. I am giving 4 star so it does not spoil the rating of the business. But I am a bit disappointed when it comes to customer service. No greeting or nothing. Straight face.

Great experience for our first time here. I got a half scoop strawberries and cream and half cinnamon bun. The cinnamon bun was phenomenal. My husband got a pistachio milkshake, also delicious. We’ll be back!

This place reminds me of what quality ice cream tastes like. Also what attracted me was the Jay’s picture which later I found , that the current owners of the place no longer look the same but due to the uniqueness of the logo they maintained it.I had their cinnamon bun icecream and salted caramel icecream . Pretty good to taste and the quality of milk is over and above.The lady working here was sweet to help us out.

Overrated. I am sure the place was nice in the past, but now the ice cream is just plain bad. The mango tasted like cardboard, and the espresso flake" had so much sugar in it that I was wincing on every bite.The only thing that works for the place is its name and location on main street. I hope they get better."

This used to be my favorite place as a resident of Milton but today was the worst experience I've had. The server was rude, Curt and not friendly, they don't do tastings anymore, and my ice cream had chunks of ice in it. I used to love Jay's and now I don't want to support this place anymore. The quality has gone down :( and I'm so disappointed

Heavenly experience. They have a wide variety of different ice creams , sorbets and milkshakes to choose from. The prices were also reasonable.The queue is long during summer but it's perfectly justified because of the quality of the ice creams. No wonder the shop is always buzzing with people.

Asked to taste a new flavour but the shop employee refused. Wanted to try something new so took the chance anyway...I ended up throwing it away because to me it tasted like cough syrup. Not going back. Not because of the ice cream..but their refusal to allow me to taste. Lost a family of 4 as customers.

Best Ice Cream shop! They give you a good size scoop for what your paying and the staff is super friendly, plus they have all the ice cream flavors in the world including Gelato and my favourite pistachio Gelato!

Just delicious!! Great on a sunny day walk down main street. Fun flavours and nice staff. Its easy to see why all the parents take their little kids here. Delicious and unique flavour blew my mind! (Cannoli with the shell.)
