Amazing! They’re reliable, reasonable, knowledgeable! The repair cost me a fraction of the cost it would have been in the city or through Apple. I took my 2010 MacBook Pro to Vernon thinking there was no hope after trying to do a factory reset myself and the laptop wasn’t working for me at all. Within an afternoon Vernon replaced the hard drive, updated the IOS, and cleaned the inside so that it was like new! Initially I thought it needed a new battery and charging cable but after Vernon took a look he said it wasn’t necessary which saved me more money. He was right, I’ve been using the laptop at home for a day now and it’s like using a brand new one! I’m so impressed and happy I didn’t have to go spend over $1500 on a new MacBook!

Wanted to upgrade some components of my desktop - got a new video card, extra ram, new power supply, all at a great price and quick turnaround.

Called the store when they first opened. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and HONEST. Took my desktop and laptop in for service, was informed that the laptop was in top condition for the age. And my desktop needed a new hard drive. Approved the repairs and received them back within 4 hours! Fast service, will be back for future repairs

The owner built me a very good quality PC for a reasonable price. It was ordered and built quickly and I've had no performance issues in the 7 months since I took it home. I told him what I was looking to spend and he came up with a decent build for no more money than I requested. Very welcoming and helpful.
