Super 8 by Wyndham Kamloops On The Hill

Decent sized rooms. Clean, quiet and close to everything. One complaint, we could not get the TV to work. You have to download Chrome cast. My kid couldn't just watch TV without a phone or device?

Nice clean rooms.Our stay was a bit noisy from loud neighbors in the hallway in the very early morning.

It's nice to walk into a clean room. The cleaner is exceptional. She really knows her stuff, and she's friendly and accommodating.Front staff are welcoming and helpful.The breakfast wasn't completely together. Need to find a better way to serve hot water. Fresh fruit supply issue. But the attendant was friendly and keen to serve.Location was great - away from downtown and the theft problems. Nice view; stores and restaurants close by.Jaye

We stayed at this hotel for a week and were so pleased with the cleanliness and service. The location is excellent, within walking distance of stores and restaurants. It was a very good value for the dollar. Staff were friendly and always helpful to make our stay comfortable.

The Super 8 on the Hill was exactly what we needed for the team visit to Kamloops.The lobby was clean and offered cold drinks. The attendant was very accommodating and Gikku did his best to ensure that we had our needs met. He exceeded expectations.The room was clean and spacious as well and the beds were comfortable.The breakfast offered a variety of items and they were plentiful.All the staff was terrific.Thank you for the wonderful stay.

My wife and I don't get away much, if ever, and so thought we'd take a quick trip to Kamloops to do some shopping and go out for a nice dinner. When we got to the motel, we were greeted by a very friendly check in host, who allowed to check in early.We got to our room, and my wife insisted on doing a full check over. She found everything to be spotlessly clean. Not even a spot on the tap in the bathtub. (Not that that would have mattered really)The room was stocked with the regular motel things, coffee and condiments, and the toiletries in the washroom. After a day of shopping and driving, we had to test the bed out! Naptime! The bed was very comfortable, and so were the pillows. All very very clean.Breakfast was just fine. The fella that worked in there was super friendly and kind. There were waffles, bagels with cream cheese, toast, cereal, juices, hard boiled eggs, .... etc etc!On checking out, the guy that helped us out was very friendly as well!!!The room rate was very reasonable, I'm guessing due to being off season.We would not hesitate to return! Verrrryyy old room. The washroom was looking like a run down motel. We didn't have much choice of pet friendly stays in Kamloops. The staff however were courteous. There is a DQ right next door and a convenience right across the street.
