Exceptional customer service & beyond positive staff! I was on the hunt for a swim cap, having no luck finding on anywhere else until I checked with Sport Chek Salmon Arm. Special mention to Sharien who made my day, made me smile, and made me laugh! I love our small town hospitality. Great work team.

the customer service was so so so terrible by 2 ladies, on Tues 20 June 2023. my girl and I r looking for a good pair of running shoes and she showed no motivation, stared at us, no consultation, the worst ever we have faced. NO WAY we come back though we want to support local.

Absolutely the best service of any sportcheks I've been to in other towns. They had wonderful costumer service and a great selection of items. I left with more items then I went in for. Employees were friendly and intellectual. A great store and staff!!

I called the Salmon Arm store for a product check and spoke to Sherene. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. She confirmed the product was in stock and arranged the logistics for delivery. To my surprise, approximately 20 minutes later, Sherene called me to confirm that she connected with the Sport Check in my area to ensure they were aware of the delivery and to connect with me once the product arrived. It was a pleasure dealing with Sherene!!! :) Thank you so much!
