I highly recommend!! This is one of the best nail salons I've been to in a long time. They were polite, friendly, and the upmost professional workers. If your looking for a peaceful atmosphere and beautifully designed nails or pampered pedicures this this definitely the place.

Very disappointed! Used to be a great place, the prices were reasonable but have increased and definitely not worth it. The workers are new and not friendly! The great ladies that used to work there are all gone what does that tell you?? I have been going here for many years but will find somewhere else to go

I had my nails done recently and didn’t love the design so they immediately scheduled me back in for the next to day to fix them for me, I could not be happier with the service! Everyone here is lovely and this is definitely my new go to place!

First time coming to this place in six years. I’m so happy that I did I received the best service from Kayla. She did a fantastic job on both services my pedicure paying attention to fine detail and was not frustrated with me when I changed my mind twice on my polish colour. I really appreciate her and Customer Service and look forward to visiting again.Thank you Candace

I moved to New West around 6 months ago and was looking for nearby nails places around me. I stumbled upon crystal nails for full acrylic sets every time now. I am constantly pleased with the results of my nails everytime! The staff greeted me everytime and always offer water or tea when I come in. The price is pretty reasonable and they are so gentle with your nails. I have been going to my girl Alina ever time but if she is not available everyone is pretty good! They also have a points system to add up to a free manicure. I recommend this place if you live in new west!!
