I was in a hurry and needed to seal my coffee table project and return it to West Coast Family. They had a great Minwax Sealer and my needs were met. Meghan who works at this store is at most professional, kind and an expert at customer service. A real professional who knows how to meet a need of a distraught customer! A rare commodity these days.I had to do a price adjustment today because I was not given the correct discount on my paint the day before, and Meghan did not stop searching for my contractor's account until she found it.I am promoting this lady to a manager's position because she understands good business practices.Thank you Meghan.Sherwin Williams will continue getting my business because of you!

I had an excellent experience. All my questions were answered and I got advice that I actually used for my paint job. He helped me pick a white that covered everything I needed in 2 gallons rather than the 4-5 I was being quoted at other places! And also helped me pick about the perfect brush and everything in a good budget range!

Paint from here is excellent. Bought a white primer to go over a really dark colour. I asked the staff there for help and they recommended a paint and roller. When using I noticed that I got much more coverage and it was easier and quicker to paint. So paint, and staff were great. The location itself is very good with ample parking and right off lougheed highway. The store was very nice. I like the shop/industrial feel. Must note it was well sanitized, staff wore PPE and all were contientious about distancing.

The employees here need some customer service training, especially the blonde woman that works here. She’s rude, abrasive and unfriendly. I’ve also spent thousands of dollars at various Sherwin Williams and it’s completely unacceptable that customers are not able to use the washroom. Covid is over, stop using it as an excuse to do less.

Not impressed with customer service, they didn’t have the exterior paint I needed so they ordered it in, was told it would take 2-3 days and would receive a call when it arrived.Week went by with no call so I decided to go in and follow up if maybe they forgot to call, was told it wasn’t coming in and that usually they don’t order in paint.A phone call would of been nice after the 2-3 days just to tell me it wasn’t coming in so I could look somewhere else.
