I've dealt with them for many years and the quality and value I get keeps me coming back.Heidi looked after me, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and helped me select what I think is the best glasses I've ever had.I always buy regular glasses and sunglasses and my eyes are quite sensitive so it means a lot to me how Heidi dealt with me.

Tyra was amazing at the front desk & her partner there. Issues with insurance, they were extremely helping and thoughtful. Michelle with the frames was fantastic & fun to chat with and the NEW Dr is a MUST SEE" too. Great help and explained anything asked. Great deal on glasses too. Highly recommended."

Staff are polite and nice service. But the eye exam lacks of explaining how good or bad is the condition of the eyes. I had a great experience two years ago. However, this year eye exam procedure is good but i think really it needs more professional attitude towards explaining more details about the eye examination.

I get I can get serviced at any Pearle Vision in the city but I will go out of my way to only go to the Kildonan Place location. All the staff are always so welcoming and helpful.

I made an appointment the other day with this place after being told I that I may be able to get an appointment mid July at my regular eye place. I got an appointment the same day. The staff here are very friendly, including the front receptionists, the optometrist that examined me and the person who helped me pick my glasses. I believe his name is Jason. I 100% recommend this place. Very helpful staff and everyone is very friendly. I will definitely refer people I know to this location.

This was my first time to visit any eye doctor in Canada . The doctor was really nice, front desk was really accommodating. Was helped by Clarence (the lens technician) to choose the right frame for my self, he was really kind and helpful . Overall it was good experience. Would highly recommend this place.

Easy to book an eye exam, direct billing! The girls at the front were nice. Tons of styles to choose from! Only thing I disliked is there was no discounts or promos going on example buy frames get Lense % off, other then that great service provided and one of the cheaper test out there!

My son and I had an eye exam today. Dr. Bello was very accommodating and made my son feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My son said he really liked the experience! I also want to commend Clarence who helped my son and I throughout the process of choosing the best options for our prescription glasses. We felt taken cared of from start to finish. We hope to receive the same experience when we pick up our glasses. Thank you Pearle Vision team at Kildonan Place mall!
