My experience designing an engagement ring for my fiancee with MJ Jewellers was nothing short of spectacular. Every single interaction with the team at MJ was easy and enjoyable. We were able to make a ring using an heirloom piece that I owned as both source/inspiration. Both my fiancee and I were ecstatic with the final piece. I would recommend MJ and their whole team to absolutely anyone looking for high quality jewellery. Not only was the whole process great, but everything was completed even better than I expected and it was done on time. We will definitely be back!

It was a great experience visiting the store as our first stop searching for an engagement ring. But we made the decision in an hour because everyone was so kind and respectful and we love the atmosphere here. The estimate time to make ring was 4-6 weeks but we got it earlier. This review is long overdue. I had recently proposed to my fiance and decided to stop in here while walking by on a whim as the first stop in my ring shopping journey. Terry, the owner's son, greeted me and I explained I was only just beginning my search for an engagement ring and knew nothing. He patiently took the time to explain the 5 Cs and what to look for in terms of a diamond. He also informed me that they were one of the few jewelers who did hand-forged vs. cast.We ended the conversation with him telling me to take my time and look at plenty of rings (including those at other jewelers) before making a decision. I was put at ease with the relaxed, no-pressure interaction we had.After much research and many emails and calls back and forth to Terry, I knew I wanted a hand-forged ring and also a lab-made diamond given the low environmental impact. Terry said they would gladly make a ring if I brought in my own diamond, which I purchased from a shop in California. I sent them an image of a design from Brilliant Earth and asked if they could make something similar.When it was all said and done, the price was even lower than he had quoted me initially, and they exceeded their expected delivery date. The ring looks better than I could have imagined (even better than the Brilliant Earth photo) and my fiance and I continue to admire it every day.

MJ just completed a 20-year anniversary ring for my wife, two decades after they made our OG wedding rings. Beautiful work, exceptional service, and wonderful family and people. We'll be back for our 50th!!

I brought my engagement in to MJ Jewellers for resizing last week. Great communication from the start and they provided a quote on the spot. They made sure to get my ring back in time for Christmas Day which was greatly appreciated. The cost was also much less than expected. The experience was seamless from start to finish and the ring fits perfectly!
