KC Badminton Aurora-Newmarket Campus

Nice high ceilings and well placed lights. The ceilings here are higher than most clubs I've been to. They also have some of the best lighting. Instead of turning on the large lights on the ceiling, they installed a hanging wall of lights down the side that do not get in the way of play or shine in your eyes.Booked a court for our own group and went well. Have not been here for drop-in, so cannot comment on that experience.

Beware they don't close during bad weather . i.e. winter storms.They tell you they are open throughout the year, failing to mention they don't close during winter storms..so if you live far...they don't care if they're putting your life in danger. One of their staff mentioned she lives down town and take her 45 mins to get to Aurora.They offer 2 make up session but you have to let them know 24 hrs in advance or else they charge you 10+ HST

Such an awful experience at KC Badminton Aurora Campus. They're ruined our exercise session on Labour Day. I don't even want to rate them 1 star.We booked for an hour session. Things do happen sometimes, we were late for about 40 mins. Then, we hurry to our court and start to play. 20 mins later the reception come to us and said, our time is up and ask us to leave.Seriously??? Come on! why don't you tell us at first place when we came in at the reception desk? Yes, we were late. You should have told us you only allow to play for remaining 20 mins. So we can prepare ourself better maybe we want to extend for one more hour. Tell us before we start. Don't come to us in the middle of nowhere. It's ridiculous.Also, the court is not busy at all. We are regular drop-in customer and we played there 2-3 times a week. Clearly, they don't care that. No customer service at all.

My 12 y.o really enjoying this class.It's the only class he will continue to partake in the summer and next year.As a parent, I appreciate the very well organized group play where all kids get to play without waiting an hour for their turn. All classes run as scheduled without any interpretations. The faculty is very clean and requires indoor shoes. Free parking available as well.

New renovation. New manager team. New training system. Provide a good environment for all kids and parents. I hope everyone enjoy the new KC badminton club campus.

My friends and I went to KC last week. It is the first time but we had a lot of fun there!!! We went to other clubs before, but what I have to say is, KC is the most wonderful club we've been. The service, staff especially the atmosphere, is the best one I have experienced!! I got a lot power there!Strongly recommend to people live in Aurora!!

Have been playing badminton here for the past year.Every Wednesday from 9-10pm.The place is well lit with high ceilings. There are alot of people playing during this time but I do not feel crammed as there is enough space for everyone .There are no screaming people or loud people in the gym.Everyone is respectful of each other and this is why I'm continuing badminton here.The staff has a very nice lady that is accommodating .The two snow storms that passed in the past year did not require us to pay for the court as she was very understanding .

The courts are great, staff is friendly, but it is a pain to try and book a court with multiple friends with this location.They constantly tell me there are new policies in place where we can only book 2 hours minimum on the days I want to play for 1 hour. It's so back and forth...Great for if you want to play once in awhile but I would recommend finding another place if you are wanting to have a weekly routine.

Nice and clean environment. Great for baddy enthusiasts.

Came during a busy Sunday but was still very organized and followed all safety protocols. Clean courts, would come back again.
