I find their customer care department to be unorganized and on my most recent call unprofessional. They can never find my account, last week I was put on hold numerous times, when I was not on hold she was inattentive - I must have repeated the parts numbers for my order 5 times. It’s always a hassle and now becoming unprofessional. I’m glad when we were in the market for new equipment this year my three requests for a return call from their sales department were not returned and we purchased from a competitor.

Ben was at our place of work to check out our ice cream machine he did a great job checking and fixing our machine for us and gave some excellent advice to keep it up and running to the peak of production. Ben also left the area clean and tidy, very friendly and polite. I would recommend him strongly.

A Massive Shout out to Ricardo and his team in the office including Devon, who helped us get sorted as a new client swiftly.The recent heat wave had caused some of our ice cream machines to overheat. All but one was able to restart after the temperature was able to cool down.This was an urgent issue we needed fixed before the weekend, and Ricardo kept in touch everyday until we were able to lock down an appointment.We had the pleasure of having Victor come into our facility to work on the machine. Now I must note as well, the machine he was working on was one of the first few in Canada, and it was the first time the company was sending anyone out to sort out the problem. We were concerned, however Ricardo assured us that Victor would be able to sort it out.Victor has impressive interpersonal skills which only rival his ability to analyze complex mechanical systems and develop cost-effective and efficient solutions.Because of Victors attention to detail, he was able to rewire the machine so that the same problem would not occur again.Its very rare in such an industry to have an engineer come out and not only fix the problem, but also take the time to go one step further to make sure that we wont have to worry about it again.TFI is a team that works to make together in office, and in the field to make sure that everyone is happy, including the machines.The Team at TFI embodies the ideal balance of technical proficiency, problem-solving prowess, and team spirit.Cheers to both Ricardo and Victor.

This company is like a bandit. The service is so bad. They always always always charge the over time for technician service. One hour charge 2hours labour .2 hours charge 3 hours labour. So this time I took a video.what is time the technician came and left. When I received the bill they charge me 1.5H labour. Even I sent the video to their customer service department. They still charge me 1.5 hour on the bill. And one simple oring just one .charge $78.16 are you kidding me? Don't buy their equipment. The service sucks!

Josh came to fix it one of f our combi ovens that had been acting up for weeks. He and his trainer were polite, professional and most importantly competent. After at least four other technicians looked at the oven with no success, we’re thrilled to have our biggest oven back in business. Much appreciated, team.

Dan and the team are always there for us! Dan works behind the scene to get us up and running as soon as possible. The technicians explain the repair and give advice to the team to help reduce future service calls. I highly recommend the TFI Total Care Program it is well worth the small monthly fee. A tale of two companies:Great: The service technicians at TFI are wonderful. In the rare times when our equipment has needed repairs, the technicians have always been very skilled, very professional, and very charismatic. 10/10 service by TFI technicians! Especially Victor - he deserves an 11 out of 10 service!Also the FRANKE and Taylor soft serve food equipment that TFI sells are all of a very high quality, and typically quite dependable. 10/10, would recommend.Bad: TFI as a company often will not return messages at all, nor do they respond to requests for servicing the equipment we purchased in a timely manner. Requests for a call back from a manager when our concerns needed to be escalated have gone unaddressed more than once since we became customers.
