3 days late, drove by my place twice and forgot to deliver twice, spent 4 hours on the phone and now I have to go and pick up my shipment in another city because they lost my firearms.

We’ve been using Manitoulin for over 2 years and we can always count on them for our critical shipments. Tony is a great sales rep and is always there when we need him. Best of all is they have their own terminal in Kingston, so we don’t have to deal with any partner carriers for pickups. Overall, great company.

Just shipped a expensive car top carrier across the country from Kingston to Kimberley British Columbia with Manitoulin. I was pleasantly shocked when I heard it had arrived before I even thought it would be possible to drive that distance... Like 1.5 days or something. Nice work guys! Very very highly appreciated!

The cadre are major league, from the inside dispatcher and terminal manager to Steve who delivers goods with a phenomenal philosophy.
