I've been a patron for 5+ years, and have gotten amazing deals from the US, and great service from this postal service. There are several in the area, but none of them go above and beyond like these guys. Great prices, highly recommended

Point Roberts Parcel Service
During the pandemic the PRPS held my parcels. I called in April and was told still here.. August the were disposed….they marked them abandoned and opened them up and gave them away. No email warning me .. did not return the items to the senderI understand Point Roberts struggle during the pandemic but to open Mail and throw away personal mail parcel with out warning is a bad customer experience..

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now. I am always greeted with a smile and how are you Don. Very personal service which is important to me in this day of taking a number or ordering on line. Prices are great but honestly I care much less about that factor. You guys are the best.

Best parcel service place in Point Roberts. Friendly staff and fees are better than others. No lineups ever and better hours than others. I had a parcel I needed urgently so I called and they came to the store when it was closed, let me in and I got my parcel. You can't get much better service than that.

I have used McFrugal's service twice so far and would highly recommend this company. There was never a line up and I was always offered help carrying the packages to my car as I had a young infant with me. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner the second time. She was very friendly, considerate, and generous. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

Best parcel service ever, anywhere. I fell outside while loading my car. No one’s fault but my own. I had a Brocken elbow. The staff closed their business and one of them drove me in their mini van and the other followed driving my car to Delta hospital. They hung around to make sure that I was taken care of. They also live across the road from the depot and will come over in off hours to help you. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I had a parcel shipped to Point Roberts but was not able to pick it up. Christy made it so easy to have the parcel returned: her communication was timely and friendly, she printed out the return label, and assisted me with the parcel being returned. The person working here is an absolute delight to work with over the years. She puts up with my incompetence when it comes to overseas shipping and always makes the process fun and enjoyable. I haven't gotten any packages in a while but I hope that kind lady is doing well.
