Hostel Home - Private Room Rent In Abbotsford BC

Amazing stay ,I booked through Expedia in January but couldn't make it due to covid. So she said she would keep the credit for my future travel. And after 4 months , when I texted her , she hosted me andson with the same credit, though it was non refundable , she supported a lot.the host herself came to welcome us and is very supportive, she makes sure that everyone is comfortable. The kitchen is full of groceries. A very beautiful house on bed and breakfast, actually she provides a list of groceries.I recommend this bed and breakfast this is more than 5 stars.

Recommended!I stayed 3 months in this place, it is very bright, the neighbourhood is calm and peaceful. The hosts, both Anita and Arvind and their friend Zul, are very welcoming and helpful. The place is just as announced and the check-in was really easy and it is well described in airbnb by the host.Communication with the hosts was easy and really good.I really recommend the place, it was comfortable, clean and private.If you don't have car you might consider that the grocery stores are far, but there is a bus stop just opposite the house that you can take.There is also delivery option.That is all, if I need to come to Abbotsford I will book for this place again for sure.

The room rent here was 1,000 and the care she gave with all the facilities with all the food stuff free Wi-Fi beddings towels everything is applied here just like a hotel and cheaper than a hotel a very friendly homehats off to the host

Wonderful landlords and a beautiful home. Made us feel welcome and at home immediately. All our needs were met and Anita(host) made herself available to us 24/7 in case anything came up. In our opinion, she goes above and beyond what is required of a landlord/host. We feel privileged to have been chosen as a tenant in this home.

This place is horrible and creepy this lady will rip you off every chance she gets, ypur stuff will end up stolen and the place is justnasty the towels weremt even washed and then she responds with untrue accusation and plus im pretty sure shes addicted to coke the way she would fiend for money. Post the link to the videos anita so i can see these false accusations

My experience when I stayed in the house was great. The landlady and the people she had working for her were curious and very helpful. The place was clean and there were never any issues. The back deck was nice to sit on amd relax. I am going to be staying there when I return. Also there is a huge park and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet also.

My stay here July 2021-present. I started out as a monthly guest. And turned out to be one of the caretakers very recently. And from my point of view. Anita is the best host I've had running B&B. Was only doing monthly rates for covid reasons. But now (for now) back to doing nightly/weekly/monthly. But i think anita prefers monthly.Very excellent place. If i were to move out, I'll pretty much want to come back!The reviews staying my host is bad" are false. Unless you really made her mad. Please don't do that.I highly recommend this place to everyone! Even the beds are comfy.I highly recommend this place!"

Most dissapointing how the stay ended, we booked for a month. Discussed the stay and the first 3 weeks went fine, now that we have checked out it has been a nightmare trying to get refunded our deposit. We left the room clean and notified the owner we would be canceling our final week because of the conditions and the problems we were facing, now it's appearing like we will have yo get lawyers involved to go after our deposit after 5 days of being ignored for the return. Absolutely horrid experience.

I had stayed here in the year 2020 and I was the caretaker at this place. The Host took good care of me and the home as well. while I supported her with her online airbnb guests as well. She gives gifts as well to long term tenants . and she gives parties as well. celebrated the festivals and there is a lot to mention, But all this ended when i brought in my son Dallas and he started to steal everything, then I had to leave the property. Overall my experience and my stay at this home was good and i was taken care of very well.My advise - Do not take your over grown kids with you if you want a good respect and a good home.

the price is right, compared to other options, especially if you stay for a week or longer. the anita" lady is quite the parasite
