Parks pretty good, only issue I had was the power for my RV was a a little far away.

Was very fun and our camp site specifically was amazing, but lack of employees when we got there lead to mounts of confusion when we tried to set up.. from the pool being closed during 90° weather, to the general store not opening till 4 on weekdays. My group was very confused.We eventually found an envelope with our names on it but we just kinda drove in.. not much security..But for campground to brake in a trailer and test it out twas amazing.

Awesome time for me and my kids.Activities all day to keep them busy and the splash pad/kiddie pool is the cherry on top.If you love camping but your kids are too old now? Take the grandkids here for a vacation for you and mom/dad. Love camping but worried about keeping ur 5 yr old busy? Have no fear! This is the place to go!

If I could give this resort a zero I would.The town called a fire ban which makes it pretty much a wash of a weekend for my family as our only means of cooking is on the fire. I asked if we could switch our weekends as we work on a tight budget and this was our only trip planned. They rudely told me to buy a stove and too bad for us. Disgusting customer service I will never camp here. They should have a plan in place for these kind of circumstances. Especially for families that just can't go out and purchase a stove. Again absolutely disgusting. Shame on this resort. Not to mention now we can't even go as we won't be able to cook any food and out $180.

We loved this camp. We have small kids and everyone was kind and respectful. The grounds are well kept and THAT POOL!!! It was awesome!We stayed in a 2 room cabin and this was our 5th visit in 3 years and now we are looking at a seasonal!!!

I rented a cabin and it was wonderful! Very clean. Very comfortable. The amenities are fantastic! Oh the ice cream… yummy! They have lots of events that are great. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Thanks for helping us create memories!

Very disappointed. We usually stay with family in the area, but decided to try Sun Retreats to make it a camping trip as well as to see family. We rented a small cabin and my sister rented a site as well so our kids could spend time with each other. We didn’t know at the time of booking that they charge $7 per person per day for visitors. That means each time my parents, siblings, nephews/nieces visit they have to pay $7 each. We called to see if we could get a reduced rate for the week or some complimentary tickets to ease the cost. They did not return my phone call, even after follow ups. This last time I called the person who answered the phone told me that my request was “discussed” but they couldn’t offer any discounts at this time. I guess they couldn’t offer the courtesy to return my phone call and speak to me personally either. Such a cowardice practice, but as someone else posted, apparently they are just about the $$$. At the time of this writing, we are not sure if we are keeping our booking for July or finding other accommodations.

Great local campground good amenities pool is awesome lots are a fair size the only downside side is not enough sewage serviced sites but they do have to clean out spots for sewage
