My experience was very good! Friendly staff, which made my dress picking process easier. My alteration appointment went great as well! The only reason I am not giving this store a 5/5 rating is because of the wait time when you call the store. I called to check in on my dress alterations and the progress and was left on hold for forty minutes! Otherwise everything went smoothly and had a positive experience

People should know that if you want to find Junior bridesmaid dresses you have to go in at least 5-6 months before (and hope there is no growth spurt in between) the wedding to order them because they are made to order. When my daughter went to pick up her wedding dress back in September she told DB that they were going to come back for to look for Junior bridesmaid dresses. Why didn’t they tell her what the shipping dates were then? You cannot buy these dresses off the rack. However, I was able to buy off the rack because the “order only” tag had conveniently fell off. I felt backed into a corner I had to take it right then and there and had no time to think about it because once they put the tag back on I could no longer buy it off the rack. It fit my youngest daughter perfectly (with little alterations) but it wasn’t the one she wanted (because she was told she could pick her dress) and was very disappointed. I’m not sure she will be a customer when she graduates in 2 years.I will also agree with the other reviews that the fitting room area is a gong show and 1 hour appointments are just not long enough if you have a group trying dresses on.I will however give our consultant a 5 star review as that is not what my review reflects.

I had the best experience here. The staff was amazing, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Such a great team. Helped me find a dress within my budget, plus git 50% . Will go there for my kids grad dresses.

Such a great experience! The staff there were so so kind and made me feel so pretty in the one dress I chose. Kelsey is such a sweet staff member there and always hyped me up in the dresses I tried on. I felt so pretty and stunning whenever she complimented me. Such a great fun time, amazing people and helped me so so much! Such good prices too, affordable and cute. I highly recommend going to this place!

Alex was my stylist and she was the best to work with! When the dresses that I thought I liked from their website didn't suite me like I had hoped, she pulled a dress that I absolutely loved and looked great on me. My dress also came in way faster than I was initially quoted. Overall really enjoyed my experience

We walked in and were greeted by Daniella, whom was outstanding! Very friendly and extremely enthusiastic to help me find the dress I was looking for. I came in with a picture from Pinterest and she managed to find a hidden gem in the clearance section! It will need to be altered, but the seamstress seemed like a sweetheart too! I got my wedding dress from David's Bridal, and everyone who helped me with the shopping appointment and dress alterations were wonderful! They were understanding of my budget and helped me find one that I liked that was still in my price range. Highly recommend checking this place out when looking for a dress!

Shopped for a grad dress for my daughter last winter. She found one that she liked at a great price. When returning for alterations this week, she found another one that was WAY better suited to her style and shape. The manager took our purchased dress, exchanged it, and credited towards the purchase of the new dress. No hassles/no fuss. It was SO nice to be treated so well and that we were able to buy this new dress (return the previous one) that was so much better suited for my daughter. Thank you for serving us so well and being so helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone, and I am certain we will return.

My experience at David’s bridal was amazing. Every member of the staff was so welcoming and supportive. I have nothing but positive experiences finding my wedding dress, shoes, and bridesmaids dresses. Alterations were worth doing through them too, they fixed up my dress wonderfully. In particular Daniella, Melissa, and the store manager Liz Hindmarsh were so wonderful!

Found my wedding dress as David’s Bridal!! Melissa was so helpful and patient with our crew!! Cannot wait for my big day!
