The technician called and asked if he could come over earlier than my scheduled appointment time which worked out perfectly for me. He entered with the shoe coverings on, and was very professional and quick with his repairs. He also helped me with another fireplace issue that we discovered during his visit. Will definitely use again!!!

Technician came out to clean my chimney because it wasn't working as well as it used to. Found an outdoor plastic part that had broken and was no longer working properly. Replaced it with heavier duty piece that will last much longer in the weather.Clothes drying takes half the time now. Definitely going to use them again when I need help again.
