TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very poor customer services. They don’t reply in emails, calls. I applied a credit card nearly 1.5 month, till now not received. Initially they said, I would get it by 22 days. After that on 19th April they said by 5 to 7 days I would get it. On 8th May they said by 10th May I would get it. Really do not know when I would get it. It seems to me that they do not do their job properly.

They are wery slow and difficulty people, don't seem to know their job. Needed to replace mydebit card. Give them my identification, answered all their questions and still wasn't enough to replace my card. Went to the Brampton branch there took 2 minutes to replace my debit card.

I just needed a balance certificate by today. Firstly the front staff didn’t have any idea what that was just handed bank statement.Then the branch manager said it would take time will give us a call when ready, upon asking he said it would take 30-50min which was okay with me but did not get any call so went there after 2 hours to the location again, asked front desk person to ask the manager if my papers were ready but still it was not ready after 2 hours of waiting they made an excuse saying due to power cut off they were not able to prepare those paper. but I was in the same building the whole time and the power went off for just 2second. The front desk person asked me to call the manager on phone and said to ask him directly about the issue but I was in the bank the manager was right there why would I call. that doesn’t make sense. Even the manger saw me but still did not came to talk. I thought they may be busy.So, I called the number and it goes directly to voice mail.I have got balance certificate multiple times from other location it hardly takes less than 10min. This location has the worst customer service ever. Just called them not to prepare the certificates. Such a waste of time.Will go to other branch in downtown!!!!

Hello everyone. Im advising everyone to do banking with matthew jeremy inciong. He has best interest in customers and will give you the best options . He follows rules and does thing in the proper manner. He stands behind his word and goes the extra mile for the client. He truly makes banking satisfying. He also will will make sure you feel comfortable in banking with td . You are in good hands if you bank with this man . Thank you I appreciate you .

Staffs were helpful when opening the account. They did clarify all questions that we had.

We were visiting from the US and had received a letter that the account was temporarily suspended due to inactivity. The agent was very impatient when helping us resolve our issue.

I was first in line, with 6 tellers working... Somehow still waited 5 minutes to deposit a few cheques, the other half they couldn't deposit.Better second visit. Much busier but way more employees working efficiently.

Terrible terrible customer service! I went in to withdraw money as I forgot my debit card (which I have done at different branches before). The lady helping" me was extremely rude and speaking in a rude tone the entire time. I left without getting anything. Avoid this branch."

The location so big, they have 8 front desk and 4 ATM machinesThe employees very nice and friendly
