I noticed one of the female managers sending out mentally challanged volunteers to follow other customers and myself around the store like we are suspected theives . The dude keeps asking me if I wear speedos which is funny but slightly creepy.

This outlet is a good shopping experience. Very clean, well laid out and friendly staff. Used clothing has all been washed so there is no lingering body odours" as compare to Value Village wher it is overwhelming."

I saw the cashier reject a discount price for a young mom with a crying baby because she took too long dealing with a colicky baby. The mom had to walk out without the items she needed. Talk about heartless, especially for a thrift store.

When you walk in, it smells VERY strong like chemicals. Some things are way over priced. The clothing aisles are so skinny, you couldnt push a stroller through it, or even walk through if you were a bigger person. Overall, was not happy with the experience

The Jarrett Centre is great place for great finds. And supports incredible programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.I purchased two dresses that were so inexpensive ($7 each), I felt bad only paying the ticketed price because I knew, even as second-hand, they were worth so much more (the place across the street would have charged at least $20).I highly recommend that you check out the Jarrett Centre, as there are a lot of great finds there!

Overall the prices are not bad but would like to see it organized better. It would be nice if sizes were together to find things easier. The clothes are just basically put on a rack. No sizes or age groups for kids. Boys and girls clothing all together. Women’s clothing all together as well as mens. You would sell more things if it was organized. Most people do not have hours to look for things, especially with children. The lady at the cash will not touch as she is in a cubical. Super paranoid about Covid.
