Great experience. Good product at a very good price. Very professional during both sales and installation. I had our small office at the old Electra building redone and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am especially happy with the installation which was done on time without complaints even when challenges were encountered, and which cost the same as I was quoted on Craigslist. I was impressed when the installer's sabre saw battery died (and then the spare died too) and I thought the install would have to go another day, but he had a spare wired sabre saw in the truck. That's preparation. I will definitely be shopping here first for my future needs.

The company that I work for does business with Dream Carpets, on a regular basis, we spend 10's of thousands of dollars there a month. When I show up at 9am and the store is closed( the hours are displayed on the front door ), the call the store( to no avail ), and have to sit and wait half an hour, just to find out that our order is in Richmond at some warehouse.. Grrr..!

The installer came and didn’t do a full staple. I’ve called and called Dream Carpets and they told me to reach out to the installer myself. I’ve texted the installer and he keeps saying next week, it’s been 3 months now.

We have just gone thru an intense renovation which took almost 9 months.The finishing touch was the installation of new carpet in our family room. Dream Carpet had a wonderful selection of current carpet styles to choose from and were very friendly and helpful. The carpet arrived on time from the mill which was key to meeting our timeline requirements. The installation crewed arrived on schedule and were friendly and courteous. They were very experienced in laying carpet and our carpet choice had a pattern which was much more difficult than a regular installation. The carpet product from Shaw is amazing - very durable and yet soft and comfortable. The installers finished in one day and we are extremely pleased with every part of the service provided by Dream Carpet and their installation crew. Thank you for making this so easy. We recommend your business to anyone looking for great service!

Stay away at all costs! The worst customer service I have ever encountered.The carpet we purchased was OK, but installation was poorly done. In addition, we came home to a mess with the worst of it being a significant amount of urine all over the toilet and on the floor. We went back to Dream Carpets to address, and the manager basically rudely told us tough luck, installation is done. The silver lining? When my wife and drive by, we joke that when we have a bad experience, it is no Dream Carpets.

Generally happy with the carpet itself, but the installers that Dreamcarpet sent didn't install any transitions (said they didn't have any on them that day), and scratched up our newly-painted railing getting the carpet in. Tried emailing Dreamcarpets to get the transitions installed (didn't bother mentioning the paint damage) and was getting ignored so my wife called and then got talked over by the salesman (and it's not easy to talk over my wife.. lol). She was told to go buy our own transitions and install them (we aren't trades-people), even though the transitions were clearly part of the work. Don't recommend.

Dream Carpets is now our go-to carpet company in Vancouver. We recently bought carpet for our theatre room from Dream Carpets, and they installed it within a few days. Their installation quality (install done by Ali) is absolutely top notch. Not to mention, their prices are one of the most competitive rates across the lower mainland. We bought our soft and plush carpet for 3.98/sq ft including installation. We are extremely pleased with this toilet.
