Very bad store experience. Employee was very rude to us. He was not interested to tell the plan. He told us it would take 45 minutes to serve us . But we received a text for queues. Store associates we doing nothing . But he was not interested to serve anyone. Please do not go to this store. Bad bad experience. Can't explain more

Was doing son upgrading for my wife and daughter…was at Mapleview Telus Store and the sales woman Sam went above and beyond to assist us in meeting our needs, she was helpful, patient and knowledgeable and above everything empathetic…she should be running a store or at the very least Managing one… she understands customer service at its highest level!

Went in for a new phone late on a Friday night and the store was already busy, but Daniel was so extremely helpful! Managed to get me set up with my new phone and everything transferred over even though the mall was closing. Really appreciated the extra time he spent.

We arrived on a Monday early afternoon, store was empty. Michael was friendly polite but also extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered questions so that we could understand and not be confused.

I have been with Bell for a very long time. I was looking at a phone upgrade at Best Buy and the Mobility guy said they have had nothing but Exceptional Customer Service from TELUS when dealing with them. I popped by the TELUS store at Mapleview Mall to check things out and ended up spending a good hour or more with Kyle and Jenn discussing my options. I feel the two of them went above and beyond in explaining all the different options available to me. I switched and so far everything is good. And yes when calling in to TELUS they do go above and beyond on the phone making sure I am happy and my questions are answered. Thank you Kyle and Jenn for all of your help.

My experience at this store this BF was excellent when I switched over from another carrier and set up 4 new Telus lines & phones in my account the first time ever. Samantha was superb and made my transition very smooth, taking away all my initial anxiety. Jewel, Michiel, and the manager (can't remember his name) also supported from time to time... great team, they are! I will always return here...and I highly recommend them!
