I would give no stars if possible! Issues in the Barhaven area, which seems to be a problem with this company. Tossing bins and being reckless, we have complained to the city and the company does not take responsibility for damages to property.

Somehow they forgot a bag of garbage. Four calls later and 6 days later, my garbage is still not picked up. This is totally unacceptable!!!! They’ll be cleaning it off the entire street if this doesn’t change.

They never take the garbage. Been almost 3 weeks almost 4 now. This service that gets paid through our tax has been anything but terrible and disappointing.

One star is too generous. Apparently City of Ottawa have hired this company to dispose the garbage biweekly in Barrhaven area. Not only they have damaged my garbage cans last fall, they are also a big fan of tossing them around. Lids tossed around like a Frisbee, while garbage cans left in the middle of the road. Some have even left half-empty.We have made our complaints to 311, but they seem to feel invisible" and keep doing this. I hope whoever try to hire this company next will read the review and think twice."

I don't think they understand out of the thousands of houses there are, the taxes we pay for this service, they work hard but get paid well.....and leave a less than a 10 lb amount of brush/plant laid on the ground with perhaps 4 small branches on top of each other in a neat pile and easy for pickup and disposal is insulting !

I am an avid gardener and frequently leave 8 cans of leaf and weeds out for pickup. The two fellows that regularly do the pick up, never complain about the amount and always place the cans in the driveway. In fact when they see my white hair, they only stack them 2 high! They are a team ... one wears a bandanna on his head and the other fellow wears his lime green shades. They are always pleasant and as it is a Friday pickup, and if I am outside, they may even wish me a 'good weekend'. I live on Riverside Cres. in Manotick and am truly impressed with their work and attitude.

I assume they don’t like bungy cords being on green bins to keep animals out. He didn’t notice I was watching out the window, when he angrily took the bungy cord off the bin and threw it at my house. Thankfully it landed high up in the tree outside my house. A note on the can would have sufficed! The disregard for the homes is atrocious.
