Yeah, they may be good to their customers, but not so much the case with truck drivers bringing them the ingredients they use. They seem to demonstrate very poor mannerisms and come across as somewhat rude that leaves you with a negative impression. It would be advisable to them to develope better communication skills, especially on the phone. The bright side? A well kept, clean facility. Typical Colony style.
