Sam H from Aladdin Doors cam to fix my broken spring. Sam was very courteous and professional. Before he started he provided me with options and once I decided on the options, he started his work. Sam was very thorough and fast in fixing my garage door. He then showed me the work performed. I'm very happy to have chosen Aladdin Doors for my repairs.

Garage Door was not opening. I have used Aladdin before, so I called them again. Could not work out same day appointment , but was able to schedule around my husband’s doctor appointment the following day - between 1 & 3 pm. Was pleased to receive a text from the technician telling me he was on his way, which included a photo. At 1 pm, I got a call saying he was outside. As I could not open the garage door, Kyle came inside, offered to remove his shoes and then he went into the garage to assess the problem. The sensors were out of alignment, so he realigned them for me.He explained the pricing and was able to offer me a discount.He was on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable.We will be needing a new garage door in the future and will again look to Aladdin for their assistance.

Kyle was a real expert in garage doors and explained a lot I didn't know about my door. I was scheduled promptly and Kyle arrived on time. He wore a mask and practiced social distancing. Kyle replaced two cables in my door and I was satisfied with the repair and the value. I think Kyle provided great service and I will definitely call him again if I need garage door maintenance or replacement.

Kyle was very professional and courteous. He came in replaced the 2 springs and lubricated the tracks and wheels. He also tested the door to make sure it operated properly. I was very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him and your company to anyone needing garage door services

Called Aladdin Doors for a single car garage replacement consultation. Lead Technician Kyle came on time, very professional and knowledgeable from experience. My garage was in a very bad state, he provided some input and suggested how to approach getting the job done. Door was installed and showed me how to operate and maintain. I am happy with the installation and highly recommend.

Excellent work and very professional. I had an issue with my garage and it won't close, called Aladdin Doors and within 45 minutes I had a technician at my door, his name is Kris, he did check everything and let me know that the Garage Spring need to be replaced and actually took his time to show me where is the issue and what need to be done to get fixed as well as told me how long it will take to get the job done. He went above an behind to replace everything as well as I had some wires hanging he made sure to have them tucked in so it's not the way, I would really recommend anyone is looking for Garage Service to contact Aladdin Doors.

Kris was fantastic!He arrived within 15 minutes of my call, took a look, gave an extremely reasonable quote and started work.Our garage door was like new within 45 minutes.We had him quote us on replacing the other garage door opener so we'll have them out again soon!!Will definitely use them again!
