Staff is nice, but give wrong info about products offered at the store. Then, refuse to take it back. So, unless you know exactly what you're buying, don't rely on their advice

The staff especially the guy at the back (return counter) is extremely rude and abrasive. He discriminates by talking in a very rude and annoyed manner to people from different racial backgrounds than French Canadians. He completely ignore them while having a loud conversation with people he actually wants to talk to. The only decent people working there are the front cashiers (defending on the day)and the older gentleman in the plumbing area. I have been there numerous times and rarely is it a good experience because of rudeness and lack of materials. I know that there's a shortage of workers, but blattant discrimination in such a diverse area shouldn't be tolerated!

S'il y avait zéro étoile, je l'aurais fait. La dame à l'entrée, très gentille et respectueuse. Le monsieur chauve à l'arrière, très impoli, très insolent et aucun sens du service à la clientèle. Je dirais même qu'il est raciste. Je déconseille ce RONA à n'importe quel consommateur qui se respecte et veut qu'on le respecte.
