Hello. Please allow these words about Kettle Valley Graphics in Kelowna. My husband and I had the good fortune to live in and enjoy Kelowna for fifteen years - 2001 to 2016. During that time I had many occasions to get to know Mary and Peter Weeks of Kettle Valley Graphics through my work having them do so much printing with their help through the mystery, to me, of the required complicated printing with the finished cost a pleasant surprise. Many customers arriving to do the printing obviously grateful for the excellent service provided by Peter and Mary. Always reliable, always so skillful . Thank you from Cairine Powell - Ottawa, Ontario

KVG is a fantastic business with excellent attention to detail and exemplary customer service. I've been working on projects with Mary for over a year now and have always been impressed with her ability to manage my expectations and do a great job on whatever we are working on.For a small business during this past year of Covid-19, they have been very diligent about following the provincially mandated health orders with respect to mask mandates and I always appreciate that they are doing their best to keep customers safe and get everyone through this difficult time as best they can.

This company is a joy to deal with. I have been a customer of theirs now for several years, both in connection with my role in the Peachland Historical Society, and for smaller personal items. The printing projects they have done for me has been wide, ranging from small matters, such as business cards, to the printing of several of the Historical Society publications, some of these several hundred pages long, in runs of several hundred. Big or small, they welcome each project with interest and enthusiasm, and, in every case, have done a final job that we have been thrilled with. Not only that, but both Peter and Mary Weeks, who run this company, are very nice people who have been warmly welcoming from the very first time that I walked through the door. For all major projects, we have always been supplied with a detailed quote so that there are no financial surprises at the end of the work. What really sets this company apart from other printing companies that I have dealt with has been the level of genuine interest in each project that they undertake. Several projects we have taken to them have been far from straightforward. Such projects have included finding ways to satisfactorily obtain electronic scans of photographs from old, out-of-print books, and also the scanning of very large documents. Unlike some other printing companies we have dealt with, neither Peter nor Mary are fazed by a “difficult” project and have always been happy to think carefully about how best to proceed. In a number of cases, we have been given several options as to how the project might be tackled. Although primarily a printing company, the range of things that they can do is very impressive, and anyone wishing to do, for example, a self-published book, will find themselves expertly guided at each stage of the process. For our Historical Society publications, Peter Weeks not only printed them but also did a great job with his designs of the book covers. Several of the books that Kettle Valley Graphics have produced over the years are often on display in their office, and some are absolutely gorgeous volumes.Kettle Valley Graphics is a highly competent and creative company who do wonderful work and who always take great pride in doing the best job possible. We are indeed fortunate that they happen to be located in the Central Okanagan.Don WigfieldHeritage Project CoordinatorPeachland Historical Society

For 10 years, my company Stellar Gem Services has used Kettle Valley Graphics for business cards, appraisal folios and custom printed client cards. They've provided helpful advice and a quick turnaround for my relatively unusual projects, including the Kelowna 'Rally in the Valley' booklets for our Harley Owners' Group. They gave us a great price for editing and printing. Peter and Mary are approachable, friendly and strive hard to meet their customers' high expectations. They deserve your business!

Yesterday for the first time - I am from Toronto and briefly in Kelowna for family reasons - I visited KVG/ Minuteman Press Kelowna for a graphic job pursuant to the preliminary work done in Toronto by a member of my staff.Dean, the owner of the business was very helpful, attentively listened to my concerns regarding the job, provided suggestions to reduced costs and - to put it briefly - was extremely friendly. After showing me a draft job as I waited, he provided me print out copies of other material requested and suggested that the complete job - 100 postcards containing technical info - could me made available within 24 hours unless there was a pressing need to receive the material earlier.I indicated to him that a24 hours turnaround was fine. This morning - as undertaken - the material requested was ready for pick up.I must also mention that the cost for the job requested was extremely reasonable.I will return to this shop whenever I will be back in Kelowna and I urge readers to do the same.

I have consciously chosen to work with Peter and Mary for almost 15 years. Why? Because I trust them completely. I have never worked with anyone as particular about meeting the needs of their clients as this team is. They are completely honest and above board with pricing; I always know what to expect and they come often come in under the estimated price, and almost always a few days ahead of schedule. I have published over 100 books, and continue to trust them over any other printer I have worked with. They are my first choice. I recently had an experience where an author chose a different printer and it ended up costing me money. Peter would have caught the error, even though it isn’t his job to do so, and I would have saved $200. I guess I have literally saved money by using KVG because of their diligence and care/concern for their client projects. They are on your side and are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them, without reservation.

Kettle Valley staff do not honor mask exemptions as per guidelines listed that state they should respect all customers who are mask exempt. Failing to respect other citizens and comply with Human rights code shows this business is never to be supported, as they are discriminating against people who they should not be. I do not recommend supporting this business ever, and will share this experience with all prospective customers considering doing business here. Discrimination must end in Canada, and in order to stop it, the best way is to boycott businesses who are disrespectful.
