I would like to let you know that the Water Depot in my area (Hespeler Road, Cambridge, ON) is one of the friendliest and most helpful businesses that I deal with every week. Even though I am not able to wear a mask they are so helpful, carrying my water out for me and always greeting me by name. Many businesses treat me like I have the plague and take it upon themselves to give me a lecture about masks. I am 77 yrs old and am well versed in this health issue, therefore do not need a lecture about it. Meanwhile it is always a pleasure using your service and I always leave with my spirits high. i had a iron tainins softener in my house,i went to water depot and asked them to repack the cylinders,the representative from Parry sound came out and told me i had the wrong system put in and he could wave his magic wand and fix my water,he put in an iron blaster that did nothing for the tainins,i complained about my brown water for a year with out any results,ive asked him to put the system i had back in as it worked great ,it just needed repacked ,he refused and now im out over $4000 and have to take him to court to replace the system ,i would not recommend the iron blaster to anyone,it is very noisy another thing he forgot to mention and he know nothing about Tainins,iam collecting names from people that have had a similar problem with them for a possible class action suit len Robson

New store opened in Alcona in a plaza a year ago. First thing the operator does is remove a picnic table from a grass verge that was used by people visiting the plaza, people waiting for their cars to fixed at a car repair place close to it, people who bought coffee and a paper at one of the stores in the plaza etc.. It did not belong to him but he decided it attracted vagrants".When complaints were made he promised to replace it
