I was trying to call Rogers customer service and accidentally called Rogers in Port Elgin and dealt with Amber who was absolutely extremely helpful in helping me with my situation that I no longer needed to call Rogers customer service and also was able to get me a free tablet.... I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Amber!!!

Worst experience ever. There was a lady has a beard, she did not even know what my point is also rude attitude, very lazy thats why she didn’t even try to sell it.Please avoid her!!! She shouldn’t be a salesperson there, its totally wasting store owner’s cheque.

Second time within a week that nobody is in the store during opening hours, adding another one star the collection…

Went into the shop this morning to see if someone could help with a technical problem. There was one other customer there being helped when I arrived. After that satisfied customer left (a few minutes later), I was greeted warmly by Stephanie and she asked how she could help me. I told her what the problem was and she had it fixed and me on my way in 5 minutes.Great customer service! Thank you Stephanie.

Usually hate going to these places. Today everyone was super helpful in upgradi g my device and checking beteeen plans to save me money.

I was helped with my subscription which was well over 150$ for a single phone line, Amber helped me lower it by taking off stupid add-ons that I never needed. I left extremely satisfied and would return anytime.

I experienced terrible customer service from a sales rep by the name of Amber. I bought a new Samsung s21 5g an phone case and screen protector. She installed the screen protector and it popped off Not a week down the road. Went back and immediately was treated with poor attitude. She refused to help said Its not my problem" and told me to call the manufacturer of the product. After spending 40.00 on the screen protector the manufacturer want me to pay for the shipping and handling of the product in order to be sent a new one. Which I find absolutely ridiculous. Especially when it's their defect. Absolutely entirely disappointed in my experience at this location. Two thumbs down. I will drive an hour to never have to deal with this rep againLiterally lied for a commission sale and sale of extra products."

I can't belive that this store remains in business with the this incompetenta staff. The manager of this store literally advised us to do things that go against rogers policy so that we would get get our device protection claim denied. I've been a roger customer for over 10 years. I've never had a claim on my account and yet due to the staff consistently not following through, advising against policy and blatantly lying to cover their ridiculous mistakes I am out a phone that should be fixed under my device protection plan and the staff could care less. Needless to say after these experiences I have no probelm severing a 10 year relationship with a company that allows its self to be run this way. My advice is to go absolutely anywhere else. Even Walmart will treat you better.

Very satisfied with the excellent service I received from Amber! She made switching plans seamless and she was very quick to respond when I emailed her with questions. She was friendly and very pleasant to deal with.

If i could have given a zero star review I would have. Absolutely disgusting service.. Michael is incompetent and should not be dealing with the public. I suffered horrible customer abuse in dealing with them. Thier lack of accountability for mistakes is completely unfair to the consumer
