I can not say enough about the quality of service from this place it is awesome I have had my laptop repaired and cleaned both times great service and prices .Plus I bought a slightly used laptop month and half ago for very good price and it works great ,great service friendly staff

I was at the hotel around the corner and needed an HDMI cord and adapter for my computer so I could stream Netflix to the TV in the room, this place had what I needed, service was good. I recommend.

I just moved into this neighborhood and came across this electronics store. The prices were cheap in comparison to other stores and the service was very fast too. Will definitely return here and recommend this place for others. I also loved the little snack section!

He is really nice. My SIM card was jammed inside my phone and there were few repair storea, but they didnt provide the service anymore. But this store, although the store is not phone repair shop, he pulled out my SIM card and repaired my phone.This is really good store.

I have been dealing with MVP for approximately 5 years and have been delighted with their service, expertise and pricing. I do use the resources there as a second office at times. They have helped serviced my laptop at prices which were much more reasonable than other companies I had used in the past. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Users should be required to provide their names when supplying negative reviews, imo. This store happily fixed a problem for me on the spot, free of charge.I had to ask him to take payment. So if that's called doing anything to make a dime" as one of the reviewers here has stated

Store has very old computer parts and smart phones. Pretty ugly story, not well managed. I spoke with the only worker, and I had a hard time understanding his english, and while i politely tried to speak with him he seemed busy and not interested in answering my questions. The gaming cafe looks fun but not great. Decent prices though.

I don't like the hours getting shorter and shorter. I think your better off downtown Vancouver at Nicola cafe for 10 bucks for 10 hours. They have a great price for business cards 100 for 10 dollars but their gaming Pc has 4GB ram not very acceptable for a Pc bang. Still its the only netcafe in Nwm so for that I give it my business.

BEAWRE OF THE STOREI would give zero stars if I could. This store was recommended to me by a friend. I went to get a laser jet cartridge refilled on Saturday the owner gave me an alternate cartridge , went home didn’t work. Called him on Monday as they are closed on Sundays. The second cartridge still didn’t work, and was told to come in Tuesday to get another cartridge. Went on Tuesday picked up and this replacement still didn’t work, calked him immediately to let him know, and he told me to bring the cartridge and printer to his store (note this is now the 4th time I have been there and 4 days later) he took one look at my printer and told me I will give you your money back, as he didn’t have a genuine Brother cartridge. I asked for my old cartridge back (which was a genuine Brother cartridge) and he told me he didn’t have it anymore and I would need to come back for a 5th time tomorrow if I wanted it back. I then did some research finding that buying a replacement cartridge from Staples was actually $7.50 cheaper than this refill store. I then went to Staples purchased a new cartridge and didn’t have a problem, worked right away and was cheaper! This guy is an absolute scam with a bunch of weirdos viewing pornography in his Internet cafe portion of the store.
