Our project was to demolish existing bungalow and build a new 2 storey home. I met few contractors and was unable to decide and finally reached Homestars website. After short listing of highly rated contractors, went through profile of each contractor and decided to go with Novacon based on positive review about them being reliable, honest and excellent work. I want to thank God that I choose Novacon. It is very rare to find a contractor who is professional, fair, honest, upfront, knowledgeable and cares about the client budget and money,From the first time we met Pavel, we felt at ease with him due to his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. He explained everything from the beginning and all the way through the project perfectly.The Novacon team Pavel and William were very professional, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and attention to detail. They provided detailed schedule, set up weekly meetings to discuss progress, maintained communication as needed. Any time we encountered unforeseen issues Pavel notified us right away, explained the issue and presented us with options.
