I had door master install an automatic door on my older stand alone garage approximately 10 years ago. It has worked efficiently without ever needing servicing ever since. I do not hesitate in recommending them for both quality of product and the professional way the door was installed. WARNINGDO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!There are lots of other options for garage door providers, you can get the same doors for a better price in a more timely manner.I wish I could give zero stars to this company.It took them almost a year to get doors from them. Every time I called about them I was treated very rudely on the phone.

They consistently provide great products, installations and ongoing service as required. Most recently we had some back and forth with Kathy their Office Manager and Andre as the technician out in the field... both were knowledgable, efficient and incredibly helpful.

I ordered garage doors in early June 2022. After months and months of delays and estimates of “next month” I requested my deposit back so I could have another company actually deliver. I was told they would not return my deposit because it was a “factory order” even though they are a standard door and size. It is now March 2023, 9 months later! and they refuse to return my deposit and I still have no doors.Be warned that they happily let any responsibility for supply chain issues rest solely on the consumer. It’s not that they CAN’T refund a deposit to an unhappy customer. It’s that they WON’T.

Over the last 3-4 weeks I keep getting calls from here even though I'm not a customer and have told them to stop calling. Whoever Jasmine is.. she has an awful attitude on the phone. One or two time mistskes are ok... but we are way passed that at this time, this is unprofessional and displays a lack of basic ability. If you can't get the basics down then how much faith would a consumer have for the more demanding tasks.

Called Doormaster this morning as the spring on my garage door had sprung. Alex was my first contact and what a delight to deal with. She understood my car was trapped and I needed to do things today. Called me back within 5 minutes to say someone would be here this afternoon. Jacob came, very personable and knowledgeable. Within an hour my car was free. Great customer service. Will not hesitate to use again if need be and will definitely be sharing with neighbours and friends.

We had a failure of our garage door in the middle of a huge snow event. Canadian Doormaster took our call, and were on site in hours. They fixed our door and their charge out was a very reasonable price. Very impressed with the technicians and the fast service.

The woman who answered, I think her name is Kathy, was a pleasure to work with when I called and explained my problem. She sent over a technician who was also polite and didn't make me feel bad when it turned out to be something simple. Kudos to you guys and thank you again for the excellent service.

Horrible company!! STAY AWAY from this company!!Could not get my money back for the service that was not done!The wrong/un-proffessional information been received by the technician.Had to get another company to fix all the problems caused by Doormaster technician's programming.Stay away from this company!!!Never heard back from those guys. MAKE SURE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! ! ! !They have all my contact info but pretend to make it look like they are trying to make an effort. STAY AWAY!!!To this day, no effort has been made to contact me! Really !!!
