I'm not impressed with service at the Embrum store. Had an issue and spoke with the person covering the store manager while he was in a meeting and couldn't take a call. However, either the message never got passed on, or he didn't make the effort. Very disappointing! That was a month ago, and I haven't been back since and I've spent a good amount of money in this store in the past now I'll go out of my way to shop elsewhere.

Big, clean store. Very friendly Staff. My main reason for writing the review is they are well known for IDing; which is awesome. Hilariously, the same woman has been selling me smokes for over 15 years, and cards me every time. They take ID seriously there!

Giant Tiger is all Canadian. Good prices on decent clothing and food. Much cheaper than Walmart. The store was a fair size, and clean, with self checkouts and service cashes

GT has some good prices and some great sales. Just make sure you check your bill before you leave the store because sometimes their sales don't register properly. Today, I bought 3 bags of Lay's chips because they were any 3 for $8" but when I got home

Their plant section is one of the best in the area. Surprisingly. Wasn't expecting it but now is usually my first stop when I'm looking for a new plant.
