How could you not love this place? Amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff. Old fashioned (in a good way!) service. Brought my prized Nomos Glashutte in for repairs but was feeling like I needed a backup watch and reviewed a few options in a nicely curated personal shopping experience. After doing some research at home I settled on this really nice Canadian brand, called Momentum. Went back today to acquire and was surprised at the cash that it was 20% off for black Friday! The guy said they got a supplier email and decided to honour the discount. Also, Bob's extends the warranty on this brand to 3 years and they do the repairs in house. Nice experience overall!

Best service ever. Distroyed the shank of my wedding ring in Thialand.Brought it to Bob's and the young gentleman fixed it on the spot. Wasnt broken just whickedly bent!No charge!Picking up hubbies wedding ring tomorrow, had it resized! I was concerned when I saw the full parking lot, assuming it would be a long wait to get my watch battery replaced. We live a long way from Peterborough and I really wanted it done that day. I didn't need to worry. There were 3 people working behind the counter and they worked very fast. Within 15 minutes I was in and out, with my watch runnung again, and the cost was less than I expected. This is great service!

Had a ring resized here upon picking up the ring was not buffed and even had a chunk of soldering metal drooping off the band.Miss bobs quality of work.

These folks were great. I had purchased a bracelet that came with a resizing tool. After I botched the DIY attempt, they were recommended to me by another jeweler that wasn't able to fix it for me.They were able to repair the mess I made quickly and even explained my error to me in a polite manner. True masters, I am very grateful.
