Always a great experience! My dog's LOVE all the employees and come back with big smiles on there faces! I have dogs with allergies and find there raw food the best choice for us. Great customer service! Would recommend to anyone.

I have been going to CrossCuts for years. Terri and her girls are nothing but wonderful to my pets! They come out from their grooming clean and happy! The facility is very clean and always smells nice when you go in there. I’ve always been treated nice by Terri and her staff, and most of all you can see the compassion they have for our animals. In this day and age to many places are being criticized, but this place should definitely be NOT one of them. Terri and girls thank you for another awesome year of making my pets feel and look their best! I appreciate you all so very much!! See you again soon! Merry Christmas!

Left our dogs there for a week, and they came back with infected eyes and runny noses. When my friend went to pick them up she was not I'D to verify her name. She was not contacted or informed they were sick when they were taken home. The facility does not seem sanitary at all.

I have been with cross cuts since roughly the beginning of the year. I got a big Newfie and yeah he is alot to deal with. His hair is like the 80s hair bands, picture Gene Simmons thats my bruce. Nicole and and Terri do absolutely amazing work on my big man. He goes in looking like the demon comes out looking like Gene all hair but super well groomed. 5 star service for sure. Any questions when i bring the big man in Terri has all the answers. There is no other people in the world would i trust with grooming my big man!

Terri and the team are absolutely incredible. For the past two years, they have been wonderful with my three labs and treat them like family. I have used both grooming and boarding services and can't say enough about how kind, professional and caring every visit is! Thank you for all of you have done for the community through the Lakeland Humane Society and for being a perfect second home for my trio of fluff!

That was a pretty weird experience, I should've trusted reviews and FB forums. Not a friendly place, at all. This happened today, we took our dachshund for a trim. And yes, he is one anxious pup. (That is why we go to professionals for just a simple trim that can be done at home) BUT the way this woman lectured and talked to me is just beyond. I was at an awe because I already told her that it's my partner that normally brings our dog in. And yes, we are sorry it's been more than 4 weeks since the last time he was in for a nail trim. Because sadly I just had a miscarriage, and the only reason why I came in with my partner today was because my partner is not mindful of tipping. So, yeah, you really ruined my day and just the way you lecture an innocent customer is a reflection of what you are maybe? Like, you can just be straightforward and not make people feel so little ( cuz with what I am going through right now, it really isn't appreciated) it does not hurt to be kind because you never really know what a person is going through. So thanks a lot to you (lady with long curly unkempt hair) you've just demotivated a person who just recently miscarried, and it took me all my guts to get out today . I guess I'm just statying home because people can be mean. Even in a place where you thought happiness should flourish.

I brought my beautiful cat here yesterday for her very first time groom and.. yeah the hair cut is uneven and I know my girl is a bit fussy but didn’t think just a hair cut would be worth 73 dollars and her travel bag was full of hair.. it was her first time at a grooming and wasn’t a good experience.

Took my cat to have a trim, and asked specifically for him to have the hair cut from the collar down. When I went back to collect him the groomer said everything went fine '' but he was less compliant than usual''I called the next day to ask why his haircut was cut way above the collar and why it was patchy, and received nothing but attitude with a poor explanation. If I'm paying 60-70$ for a haircut I expect it to look decent.

Over the last eight months of dog ownership our girl has been in four times, three for grooms and this week for boarding services. I can honestly say that I was blown away by the fair pricing for my large breed dog for both grooming services and her most recent four day stay. I have never been disappointed by the staff or the services. The ladies at Cross Cuts genuinely love and care for every animal that comes in. Phenomenal people who I completely trust with my four legged family.

Terri used to cut our long hair cat as she had lots of mats, being g older she couldn't groom herself very well. Terri always did an amazing job making Sash look amazing! Now we bring our doggo for nail trims and it's done so quickly and our professionally.
