Not good experience. When I called to get the quote it was $99 for 3 bedrooms, living room, hallway and stairs. Charged me $70 for just stairs and living room. The carpet was soaking wet and stains were still there. They charged me gst but there is no gst number on the invoice. When I talked to the person who cleaned the carpet about stains, he said some of them are removed.

If you have self respect just stay away from them. This guy John is extremely rude. I have a bi-level rental property and his guy did a good job in one level. So with the same level of expectation for the other floor I called him and asked about the technician who did the job last time. As soon as he heard that I tried his technician before calling him (I got his technician's phone number when he did the first job) he started shouting with me. As if I did a sin. Also he was saying that he would fire his technician. He does not trust his employee, neither he cares about them. How would he care about you?

Rushed service! Stains were still in the carpets even after paying for disinfectant and upgraded package. Expensive for the service that was received. We get our carpets done every few months and decided to try a new company and wasn't impressed!

I have used SuperClean on multiple occasions for a rental property we have in Calgary. They are always fast, on time and reasonably priced, but unfortunately the last time we used them the clean was not as good as we had experienced before.We only needed our basement carpet cleaned and all of our previous tenants had dogs, but the smell from this last clean just didn't get the smell out and the carpets were not cleaned as thoroughly as they had been previously.

I have been using them now for about 4 years and get my carpet cleaned about twice a year. The price is really good and never once have they charged me over for what they quoted me for and they do a great job at cleaning my carpets! Very happy with their service.

Did a great job! Quick, in and out within 2 hours for the whole house. They were able to remove most of the stains. Very professional. Highly recommend superclean! And they came highly recommended to me as well. Arrived at the estimated time so that was nice. No 5+ hour window like Telus, Shaw or most other companies that like to leave you hanging all day long! Thank you, superclean! I am very happy with the results.

This man cleaned my grandparents carpets and totally took advantage of them. He did not move any furniture to clean under or around, only did part of each stair, there was a visible line where they weren’t cleaned. Now he is ignoring their phone calls after saying he would come back and redo the job. Very disappointed!
