Had two custom hats embroidered here with a logo. Unfortunately they didn't do a very good job on one of them when comparing two side by side. What I did like was that when I brought the hat back they immediately offered to redo it no charge so the staff were very helpful. If you're looking for embroidery that is top notch quality like a professional sports hat I wouldn't recommend using kids but if you just want a hat and don't need any customized lettering added they have a huge stock and decent prices.

Fantastic experience, even with them losing my logo for a week (somehow they never received it, but got it when it was resent)Austin was a big help in getting my custom hat stitched!A great place for custom embroidery for small runs.

Wide selection, literally any hat you could ever imagine! Althought you can get some embroidery done it is just too pricey compared to promotional shops. If your simply shopping for hats it's perfect but embroidery gets expensive.

Attended to return an item purchased on line and exchange for a different hat. Staff was accommodating and friendly during the transaction. Only complaint I have like most Canadian Lids locations is they have a poor selection of US College merchandise.

The girl that helped me was awesome! She was friendly, very opened to my requests and i also was opened to her suggestions. So i gave her green card to match our ideas to make my visor and it turned our sooo fantastic! it cost “around” 60$ but worth the price as i also bought the white visor there as well.
