Prodigy Martial Arts

Our son has been a member of Prodigy for 2.5 years (since he was 4 yrs old) attending classes weekly, and taking part in many activities and camps. Ryan (owner) and his team are amazing. They each are great role models, instilling discipline, fitness and important self defence skills into every student, of all ages. We love being a part of the Prodigy community and are thankful for the enrichment and development they provide to our son. This place is awesome! I've been taking my daughter for a few years and she absolutely loves it. Ryan and the team are excellent teachers and make it very engaging for kids of all ages. My daughter started off a little unsure if she would like it or not and it took only a couple of weeks for it to become her favourite thing in the world. The space is clean, staff is friendly, and timing options for various classes are great. Would highly recommend!

My daughter has been coming to prodigy for just over a year now, which includes karate classes but also their PA Day camps and a couple summer camps. The senseis led by Mr. Shields are all friendly and know their stuff. They also make sure to work in fun activities into pretty much every class which encourages the kids to want to keep coming. My daughter has made a lot of new friends and has really improved her confidence, to the point where she's able to go to tournaments now and compete which is amazing. Highly recommend this dojo.

Great Karate school! All instructors are very professional and fun with children. They also create a bond not only with the children, but also with the parents. My brother has been attending this dojo for 1.5 years and he absolutely loves it, always looking forward to class. It's a great environment for learning while shaping kids' values and self-confidence. Very happy with our experience here!

My son has been attending this dojo for the past couple of years and is always eager to attend his classes. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. They have a great space and are very well sanitized. The instructors are amazing with their students and I highly recommend this school.

Our 2 kids have been going to Prodigy since last summer. Let me first day that the team at Prodigy is professional, well skilled and absolutely incredible. Starting from the top, Mr. Shields! He is an absolute gem! His knowledge and skill set are jaw dropping. But even more importantly than that, the way he coaches and supports his members is what a true leader is all about. A special shout out to Mr. Isaiah. His middle name should be humble. One of the original Prodigy students, now a sensei at Prodigy, my kids as well as myself have learned a lot from him. He is both skilled and knowledgeable. He is excellent with the kids. Again, another true leader. Watching our kids develop and become part of the prodigy family has been infectious. My wife and myself have begun the Adult classes!! We absolutely love it. Mix of fitness, self defense and skill development. From the front staff, to all the volunteers, Prodigy is an easy 5/5. If you are contemplating this sport, I promise you, Prodigy is one of those places with so much to offer!

Can't speak highly enough of this martial arts studio. The instructors are very knowledgeable and interact very well with the kids. Classes are motivating and very structured. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. There are open spaces for younger kids to wait for older siblings and for parents to sit and watch. My son is very happy here and says: I find Prodigy very fun; it's a good place to get more flexible and learn new karate skills.""

My daughter attended the camp for entire summer at Prodigy M.Arts and enjoyed every single day. Practised karate and self defense for two hours every day. Made new friends and learned to be confident. And the rest of each day had been fullfilled with other entertaining and educational activities. The best camp ever as my child said. This place is amazing! A real Dojo environment. The Instructors are very professional but also VERY good with the kids (of all ages). My son is on the shy side and is also prone to shutting down if he loses" at anything.
