Amazing experience! Everyone is so nice and very polite. Very gentle with your hands, most places I’ve been to are rough and make me bleed. I love my nails and will definitely be coming back.

Everyone here was so nice, kind, courteous, and talented. I called and made an appointment yesterday to book a girl’s day out for today. They were fully booked, but offered to open earlier to accommodate us. My nail tech took her time and did a great job on my nails. If you’re looking for chrome, they really do a great job, it’s the shiniest I’ve ever seen!All four of us were happy with how our nails turned out. It was a perfect day, except we did see a woman enjoy all the services, and when it came time to pay, caused a scene and refused to pay. We witnessed and overheard the entire ordeal. Not surprising, said woman left them a one star review…how convenient.Overall, good service, fair prices, I will return and recommend to my family and friends.

I called in to see if they could squeeze me in pretty close to their closing time and they were kind enough to allow me to come in. I had Kathy, who was one of the most skilled, efficient and clean technicians I have ever had! I got a powder fill with shellac nails and I couldn't be happier with the way they turned out. I've been to countless nail places over the years, and this is hands down the BEST place to get your nails done! I would happily recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their nails done! Honestly the best nails I’ve had done in YYC. The shellac usually lasts three weeks or more. Often I go back due to growth. Not a single chip so far for me. This will be my 5th visit. Really lovely folks. I see Katie.

I just had the worst experience ever. One of my nail is cut way too short and is very painful now. Not an apology!! She just kept cutting shorter and shorter. My nails are a complete mess. After 10 years of being a loyal customer I am now moving on to a more professional salon. This was a complete rip off!!

I have been going to this place since 2019 and they are THE best. You always get a very thorough pedicure with no rough patch left behind. My nails are always cut perfectly and the shellac is always flawless. On top of it they are ALLLLLL so nice! I often bring my 3 year old daughter with me and she gets her nails painted with flowers and she is besides herself excited - they make her feel so special! Can't recommend Paradise Nails enough!

I had such a great experience here! Kathy did my nails and she was meticulous making sure that the length and shape were even.Even though I was the last customer of the day and my manicure went past close, she took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all - she insisted on fixing a very minor imperfection on my thumb, even though I wasn’t concerned about it. I really appreciated her attention to detail!I brought in some pictures for design ideas and she was great at collaborating to make sure I was happy with the outcome.Overall, this is a clean and friendly place and I’m so glad it’s in my neighbourhood - I’ll definitely be back.

Been going here for probably 10+ years. They know all of us well and are so kind and we love going to them. Highly recommend.
