I found my experience here to be a bad one. The lack of customer service. The older ladies that were working today, I felt were very pushy and didn’t given enough space. The younger ladies didn’t even care to acknowledge you were in the store. Then another guy and girl were talking, standing right in front of product, I said excuse me, the girl made a face and moved out of the way. They did hv a good amount of product. Found it busy. I did go on Good Friday so wasn’t expecting anything less. Prices are clearly marked. Though they hv a huge parking lot, found it very difficult to find parking. Didn’t purchase anything due to the staff. Will not be going back to this location.

Nice outlet store with a huge range of accessories, bags and some fashion range. Staff here is very nice and always asks you if you need any assistance, they go above and beyond your expectations to assist you with your purchase. Overall a nice experience. Will definitely recommend a visit, worth a try.

Great experience at coach outlet at Premium outlet mall. Was sweetly greeted at the door. Feel was very welcoming. Prices are clearly marked. No scam or ambiguity. Lots of variety to choose from. Staff/ customer service is incredible. They give you space to look around comfortably and are still around if you need help. Staff was well informed about their products. I would highly recommend coach. Drob by if you are at the outlet mall.

I went during their annual Outlet day where lots of sales were happening. I bought two purses, one was originally $540 plus taxes and the other was originally $520 plus taxes. I ended up paying a little over $400 for both.They had lots of things as 60% off, and some were even 70% off. Some were 60% off with an additional 20% off. And they handed out QR codes for you to sign up to get $20 off your purchase if you spent over $150!I’m not sure if the guys name but he was super sweet and ring me through. He walked behind the counter and gave me my bag instead of throwing it on the counter.It was obviously packed and they had a nice lady manning the front entrance. The lines moved quickly though both in store and outside of the store.

Almirah helped me pick out the item while i was at the store. She told me the price after discount and also informed me about the additional 15% off at the store. i showed her the item i wanted from the website and she was able to grab it for me as it was not on display but was inside tucked away.the gentleman greeting everyone at the door was also great and super polite.

Good options, good discounts, even had a small section for 70%off items... It was so busy that even it had a line up for entry... It had other merchandise as well which I have never seen before. Lots of cute stuff to choose from. Purses, wallets, backpacks, tote bags, credit card holders, key chains, and so much more..

The service was not bad before, but recently it seems the management of the store is in chaos, with inconsistent policy&procedure. Even though the policy is clearly written on the Coach official website, some store managers manipulate the return policy with their personal preference, maybe trying to protect their KPI. I was facing at least three different answers when I tried to make some returns. Well if your own employees don't follow company policy properly, what's the purpose of those policies? If something needs to be done to improve policy& procedure to maintain store true performance, it should be done internally. Once you publish your policy& procedure, you have to follow them. It's not the customer's responsibility to help you maintain revenue for the store. Even though I called customer service and was clearly told on the phone I am eligible to make a return at the store, the store manager still refused to do it. The store manager first asked for an email from customer service showing I'm good to make a return at the store, after I showed it to her she asked for the customer service rep's ID etc. Then she made another excuse saying the rep didn't send the email to her, only to me which is not an official decision from the company. Fed up and disgusted by her many excuses, I left the store. From my own and some friends' experience, this is not happening the first time. Some management there are inconveniencing customers to try to get their own benefit, despite the company policy!

Nice staff in general; all very happy to help. Good layout and great deals.Jada - the staff at the cash register was the cherry on top - a super nice and lovely person to interact with and super patient and helpful, she made the whole experience super pleasant!

Great store, I got an over 700 dlls purse for about 200 dlls, line up was fast, and lots of inventory, great discounts.

I was looking for gifts to friends who are having milestones this month and next month, I almost didn’t go to this store because I don’t like line-ups, which they always have, but my spouse said I should just check it out and I am so glad that I listened to my spouse. There was no line-up at all, although it was really busy in the store. Tons of sales going on! Ann was great and very helpful. She informed me of the various discounts in the store. She even calculated the price of the purse after discount and tax (though I could have done it myself) but her doing so kinda made me decide faster and also made me decide to buy both gifts as well, to qualify for the additional discount in the store.At the cash register, I received an excellent customer service from Zuha! She was smiling the whole time, set me up for an account at their store, informed me of the birthday month discount which happened to be this month, so I also received an additional 10% discount. I asked her for gift boxes and she informed me about the $3 price which was fine because I would have bought gift boxes anyway. She gave me the tissue for the boxes and the stickers too. Zuha came across as friendly, sincere and happy to be there.Overall, my experience in this store was amazing! I highly recommend this store and I would definitely go back!
