Worst experience...the grease on the burger...the grease smelt like very old oil. I never eat it. The drive through customer service very poor.

terrible terrible food, we don’t have a wendy’s where we live was very excited when we saw they added this one. we always went to welland food was always amazing my boyfriend had 2 bites of his burger and threw it out. needs to be shut down or new owners. DO NOT EAT HERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I was excited to see a new Wendy’s location open up near my home. Super disappointed in the quality of food they are serving. I’ve ordered two times here and both times I got old soggy, wet, and greasy food. Wendy’s is known for quality fresh food but you won’t find it at this location. When I called to complain, they didn’t care to offer anything, just said they’ll notify their GM. That does nothing for my wasted time/money/energy. Better to go to Niagara st. Location.

I'm not a huge fast food guy.. But in a pinch as a family we can't go wrong with JBC's for all.. We always went to Welland because it was the closest.. But now the new location in fonthill is our go to. The drive through is always fast. The staff is next level friendly and the food at this location is by far the freshest and best tasting from any of the other Niagara locations. Fonthill Wendy's keep up the great work!

I just stopped in to check the new Wendy’s out. Got a couple Junior bacon cheeseburgers and a poutine. It’s small but clean and with friendly staff and a nice view of the traffic on Highway 20. Nice addition to variety options in Fonthill.

I’m not sure why people are rating this place so low, but I’ve been here 2 times for breakfast(everything was hot and the servers were all smiles and nice) and I’ve been at the drive through a few times for lunch, they never missed anything, and again the fries and burgers were hot and fresh! I love this place.

The fries were cold the bacon was like it sat there for 12 hours.. I emailed the resteraunt to complain assuming they would email back and try to fix it but got no response.

Absolutely awful! Orderd a daves double combo with only ketchup, didn't know that 500 mL of extra grease was a topping, because I certainly didn't want it. Fries were cold and burger was a squished mess! I had to force myself to eat it because I am starved and studying for midterms and I wasn't about to waste more studying time to go back and tell them just how bad it was, also I needed to eat THAT BADLY. Won't be returning to this location. The bun wasn't even a bun anymore it was soggy.

I have been here 2 and been extremely disappointed. The first time I didn’t realize 2 of my items were missing until I got home and I wasn’t about to drive 15 min back to get them. The second time they missed 1 item, my wrap and burger didn’t have any lettuce on it while it should and everything was iced cold. Don’t waste your money here.
