I have worked with Abee and Ibrahim on several projects. Customer service has always been excellent and the installation first class. You get what you pay for with quality product and fast and skilled trades. Just had another great experience with the installation of vinyl plank flooring.

In an age where customer service is not what it used to be, Val-U-Flooring provides very good to excellent service. My wife and I were welcomed in the showroom allowed to look for a few minutes giving us time to look around before being approached. We were shown a variety of products and allowed to take home samples of both carpeting and flooring. That was on the weekend and before the week was out Abee arrived to take measurements of the basement. We agreed I would take out and dispose of the carpet, linoleum and underlay. Unfortunately the flooring hadn't been put in properly and I was not able to remove and dispose of everything before they arrived to begin installation. Despite the problems, Ali and his work partner and Abee worked to find a solution. It cost me more but they were able to remove the underlay with a rented machine and then level the floor properly. They then installed the new tile and carpet in the basement. I am very happy with the results. It did cost more than the original estimate, but that is to be expected given the problems. It also did not cost me significantly more. I would definitely use them if I have future flooring needs.

From the first initial contact (we were a 'walk-in') to the handling of the payment, this was a professionally-handled and smooth experience.The installation of our laminate flooring was well-executed and the tradesman was diligent and hard-working. I've installed laminate floors a few times myself and could not fault the quality of the workmanship. Floors were levelled, and one room and a complicated corridor were completed within two days from start to finish.I have no hesitation in recommending Ibrahim and his crew for this type of work.

The installers did a great job, and i am really pleased with the finished product. I will definitely contact them for my next flooring project.

Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and bathroom tiles and living room carpet. They did their best to give me a fair price to fit into my budget, and were clean and fast when installing which was important to me during covid. Really good experience and would use them again for future projects.

We wanted to upgrade our Kitchen floor, as well as, the entire ground floor suite. We definitely came to the right place, without question. Quality. Professionalism. Expert industry advise. Overall great value. They constantly worked with us to find solutions to all the circumstances surrounding the project, and for our century-old home, believe me, there was quite a handful of tough challenges. They are basically cheater .. Abee bring the some samples for my house and I chose the product and made some payment. When they finish the installation I noticed some thing . When I choose the material it was 5mm vinyl plank but they install 3mm material also I noticed when install completed lots of box vinyl plank left and they wants bring back on the sly. I checked the our invoice I was make sure i choose 5mm material and they charge me 1850 sqft material then I’ve measured with my son and they installed only 1160 sqft material. Then I called abee and explain everything and abee started talking very rude and immoral , and I said I will report to bc floor association and close the phone. 10 minute later other person from Valu floor called me and he said please don’t report me and we will give you %10 discount. ... it was terrible experience with Valu floor specially abee . Keep out!!

Dealt with the owners. Abe and Ibrahim are very honest, professional and reliable. They even did my basement stairs free of charge. Carpet and underlay done in few hours. Will do biz with these guys again and again.
