I am very satisfied with the service.

I am very happy with the service Kanan provided. I called Appliance Repair on a Friday morning and they sent Kanan out within a couple hours. My fridge wasn't working properly and at first he thought the issue was ice build-up. He cleaned it out, and after letting it thaw for a few hours I plugged it back in and it still wasn't working (it was now Friday evening). I called the office to let them know it wasn't fixed and shortly after, Kanan called me for more details. He suspected a fan was broken and we arranged a time for him to come back. On his second visit he determined the fan could not be fixed and would try to find a replacement (the same model is no longer available). Finally, on his third visit he replaced the fan and got my fridge working! He was very kind and honest and didn't charge me for the extra visits and labour - only for the initial visit and cost of the fan. He was respectful of my space and didn't leave any mess. He showed/explained to me what was going on with my fridge, which I really appreciated.
