Beautiful jewelry, but not great quality. We have had numerous earrings and had to use the warranty on all of them. Ball falls off and gems come out. 1 year warranty does not roll over to the replaced items.

IF you are looking for a sparkly little something for your wife, your daughter, mother or a dear friend this is a great place for you! Even better every piece of jewelry comes in a beautiful little jewel box and is gift wrapped in Hilberg & Berk's signature bag with bow and tissue. The staff is always helpful and I'm always pleased and happy with my gift purchases and shopping experience at Hilberg & Berk.

I had issue with my bracelet. Alex and Tamara were fantastic in fixing problem and were a delight to deal with. I only wish more salespeople could be as stupendous as they were. Tk you girls.
